Certified Instructors | Only fully certified teachers are authorized to teach Jahara® — including the Introductory classes. Each Jahara® Teacher (JT) is extensively trained. Presenters work closely with our program to assure technical accuracy and conceptual understanding of Jahara®. Presentations usually run for no longer than 4 hours. Anne Toulemonde  Anne Toulemonde is the European inflow of the Jahara® team. Water is a guide, a teacher for her, and she naturally integrates the physical properties of water into her body mechanics. Anne is certified in Jahara®, Reflexology, Process-Acupressure, Watsu®. She currently lives in France. She is fluent in both French and English. |
BeBe Conrad  BeBe Conrad is certified in Reiki, Zen Shiatsu, Massage, Alexander Technique, Watsu, and Cranial-Sacral Therapy, with an established practice in Marin County, California. Since 1996 she has been inspired by the Jahara® Technique, and imparts this inspiration to her students, being particularly appreciated for the sense of effortlessness and precision she brings to her teaching. | Cassia Mortimer Cassia represents the Jahara® Program in Brazil. With degrees in Physical Education and Dance, she also holds certification in Reiki, Zen Shiatsu, Ayurveda and as a Yoga teacher. She co-owns and directs a Therapy Center in Rio de Janeiro, coordinates life-quality enhancing programs and keeps very active practices at her facility and in association to well-known health professionals in Brazil. Eloa Teixeira Eloa also represents the Jahara® Program in Brazil. She has a degree in Education, with a masters degree in Learning Disabilities. She is an Alexander Technique teacher since 1998 and a Zen Shiatsu teacher and practitioner since 1990. She has studied extensively with Mario Jahara, and has been working with the Jahara® method for several years. |
Linda Dold  Linda Dold was a student in the first Jahara® class in 1996. She is trained in kinesiology and somatic therapy, and has taught aquatic bodywork and movement since 1991. Linda brings into her classes the knowledge of structural bodywork and years of professional experience with disabilities and chronic pain. She is also certified in Rosen Method Bodywork and Movement, and a member of the Jahara® Advisory Committee. Go to top |
Mario Jahara  Mario originated the Jahara® Program. A structural bodywork teacher and author with a 20-year international career, Mario has extensive training in a number of different body-awareness and bodywork modalities. He bases his approach to teaching and working with the body on one of the key concepts of Jahara®, which he defines as The Power of Gentleness. Go to top |
Neta Shezaf  Neta has an acclaimed international career as a Flamenco dancer, teacher and choreographer. She also runs a Flamenco school and dance company, and performs in various theaters in Israel and around the world. She began her Jahara® studies in 2001 with Tova Rosen, and became a Jahara® Advanced Specialist and Teacher. |
| Osnat Douer Osnat Douer currently does a PhD in Rehabilitation Sciences and Physiotherapy at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium. She is appointed lecturer and director of the Hydrotherapy department at Wingate Institute, Israel. She owns a hydrotherapy center called MultiPool, in the town of Binyamina. Osnat was one of Tova Rosen's first students, and is strongly connected to the philosophic wing of the Jahara®.

Tova Rosen Tova Rosen holds a master's degree in kinesiology. She has years of academic and practical experience in aquatic rehabilitation, and brings a clinical approach to her Jahara® sessions and trainings. She coordinates and teaches a yearlong Jahara® Specialist program at the renowned Wingate Institute in Israel. She is a leading Jahara® Teacher and has trained over 300 students over the past 4 years.

| Valerie Gaillard A Zen Shiatsu and Thai Massage teacher, Valerie was born in Switzerland and trained in Europe, Japan and Thailand. She currently lives in Argentina, where she founded the Shiatsunuad school. She was introduced to the Jahara® Technique in 2000, and has ever since shared her enthusiasm about it with her students. Gizele Aguiar Gizele is a Brazilian physiotherapist with specializations in Jahara®, PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation), Mulligan (Mobilizations with Movement), Hydrotherapy and RMA (Reprogramação Músculo-Articular). She has a regular Jahara® practice which includes children and elderly as clients. |
| Jenny Aharon Jenny is the founder and director of the Red Sea Jahara® Center, in Southern Israel. She started her journey with Jahara® 4 years ago and has been very committed to it ever since. Noga Ben-Anat Noga is certified in Hydrotherapy and as a swimming coach. She is the coordinator of the Hydrotherapy department at Ohalo College, Israel, and owns a resort with a pool adapted for people with special needs in Maale-Gamla. Noga hosted and participated in the first Jahara® course offered by Tova Rosen in Israel, in 1999. |
